3 Sessions

3-sessions is an independent band based in Singapore that provides live music for private functions, wedding entertainment, corporate party music whatever the event calls for.

“3-sessions” was formed by Guitarist, Ervin Chong in June 2007, with the support of their fellow musician friends. All the involved musicians have acquired their reputations in their own rights to an extent and were uniquely selected into the band.

The idea to the setting of the band is to provide opportunities for his fellow musician friends to show cast their talents. The uniqueness of this setup is the focus on individual improvisational skill, which helps constantly inject new ideas into music that were performed.

The band’s music is reflected in the quality of the set, which includes songs from popular artists such as Maroon 5, 3 Doors Down, Jason Mraz and Michael Buble to U2, Guns & Roses, Eagles and Santana right back to the sixties when The Beatles ruled the airwaves. Beside that, 3-sessions is also able to play famous Jazz Standards from Frank Sinatra to Ella Fitzgerald and very much more.

3-sessions live band has performed in numerous wedding functions, company formal dinners and in charitable events. The band is available in a range of ensemble formats, including duo, trio, quartet and quintet, with male & female vocalists.
